Nemmy has over three decades of experience as a draftsperson/project coordinator and has extensive experience in AutoCAD for structural and civil engineering as well as architecture. His experience includes residential structures, commercial/retail buildings, hospitals, warehouses, and churches. His primary responsibilities include project coordination and CAD/Revit drafting.

A self-described “Jack of all trades,” Nemmy likes to fix and build things around the house. One of his largest projects was a backyard renovation that included building a barbeque area, gazebo, Pergola, and installation of a hot tub, lighted waterfall and shower area. In his spare time Nemmy also enjoys photography and watching HGTV and other remodeling shows.
