Frank has risen through the ranks from structural designer to his current role as vice president since joining BASE in 2000. His focus is on BASE’s military and public sector work in which he can apply his expertise in Antiterrorism Force Protection design. Frank’s primary responsibilities include project management, structural design, and quality control.

Born and raised in Chicago, Frank has also lived in Northern California, Milwaukee and Houston before making Hawaii his home. He enjoys traveling, running, and reading, and on weekends he looks forward to scouring the shelves at the dollar bookstore for a new good read.
