Leon has worked on projects in a wide range of sectors including high-rise residential structures and transportation, aviation, and military facilities. He also has experience designing renovations and retrofits of existing structures and assisting contractors with quality control and constructability issues. Leon’s resume includes projects large and small, with his favorite being A‘ali‘i because of the complexity of its post-tensioned concrete slab design.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Hawaii, Leon likes to play games of all sorts including board and video games, basketball, and football. He also enjoys reading and one of his favorite books is All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr.
