Kevin brings to BASE experience in design and evaluation of new and existing facilities particularly in areas of high seismicity and wind. He is involved in all phases of design from schematic to construction administration and has managed major projects including high-security DoD facilities in Guam and public sector projects in Hawaii such as the New Patient Facility at the Hawaii State Hospital.
Born and raised in American Samoa, Kevin enjoys staying active by hiking, weightlifting, and playing basketball and spikeball. His favorite foods are fried chicken and sushi and he enjoys mint chocolate chip ice cream. The best advice Kevin’s received is to always “Measure twice, cut once.”
