Edgar joined BASE in 2007 has performed special inspections on a wide variety of projects including residential and commercial buildings for the private sector and facilities for the military.  He holds multiple certifications with ICC, PTI, and ACI and is dedicated to making sure structures are built in conformance with plans and specs.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Edgar attended college in Colorado and thus likes to snowboard and rock-climb, which even helped him to overcome a fear of heights.  His other interests include photography, hiking, camping, and riding his motorcycle.  As much as Edgar enjoys inspecting buildings, he’d travel the world full-time if he could.
