Anantha is a senior associate at BASE and leads the firm’s Chicago office. He is responsible for project management, structural design, construction administration, and business development. Anantha has been an integral part of projects that have shaped many communities, including a new ballpark for the Miami Marlins, spanning a sky bridge in Abu Dhabi, and designing high-rise buildings in Chicago and Honolulu.

In his free time Anantha enjoys photography and tinkering around the house, but his most favorite thing to do, during the short window Chicago offers, is mow the lawn. There is nothing more relaxing than hearing the muffled sound of the engine through his headphones that helps him to shut down and focus on going straight up and down. The bonus is he also gets a good workout!
