Sadananda has experience in analysis and design of post-tensioned flat slabs, gravity design, foundations, and steel connections. Having joined BASE from another US firm in India, he has knowledge of US building codes as well as Indian codes. Sadananda’s project experience includes design of high-rises, mixed-use buildings, and commercial and corporate facilities.

He is a voracious reader and reads everything and anything from history to astrophysics and legal writings to fiction. On occasion he’s even known to pick papers out of a wastebasket to read. When he’s not reading, Sadananda can be found watching cartoons or listening to classical music.
