Von joined our Honolulu team as a summer intern in 2025 and is continuing his internship while pursuing a master’s degree in structural engineering at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Outside of school and work, Von enjoys drawing and, if given the chance, would love to be an artist. His long-standing interest in visual storytelling—particularly creating his own manga—led him to serve as the aesthetics captain for the ASCE Timber-Strong design-build team at UH Manoa.
