Yuriy is an engineer and special inspector who has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from facilities for the federal government to residential and commercial buildings for the private sector. Yuriy leads BASE’s Guam office and is responsible for structural design, construction administration, and special inspection.

Born in Kropotkin, Russia, Yuriy grew up in Portland, Oregon. He listens to classical music and plays the violin, yet finds that riding rollercoasters relaxes him the most. Yuriy also enjoys diving, Mexican food, and reading the Bible.
