Testing & Inspection
BASE Testing & Inspection was established in 2004 in response to the need for better independent observation during construction with the goals of improving the quality of the constructed environment, enhancing public safety, and ensuring that code-required inspections are being performed. BASE special inspectors are valuable team members working alongside the contractor’s quality control personnel to assist in their responsibility to ensure that materials and construction are in compliance with the contract documents. As a leader in both engineering and inspection, BASE understands and efficiently implements the unique construction requirements of the building industry.
