Since 1999, we’ve designed over 10,000 affordable housing units spanning 12 million square feet. With affordable housing now a top priority for state and city governments, projects face the challenge of balancing tight budgets with long-term durability. Structural design plays a key role—delivering cost-efficient solutions that ensure lasting quality and ease of maintenance.
